Located in a small residential community with no thru traffic, you will enjoy the quiet surroundings while also being only 4 minutes from access to interstate 85 allowing convenient travel to Spartanburg, Greenville, or anywhere in the Upstate. Fully appointed kitchen, king size bed, and large screen screen TV. Washer and dryer in unit.

Very convenient to interstate yet far enough away it’s very peaceful. I live in a densely populated area so it was nice to have a quiet spot…and I loved being able to see all the stars too!
I was here for a 5night stay and will return again. The place was well maintained and had all the essentials. Water pressure was good and water got hot!
It’s a small place but it was perfect for my spouse and me along with our two large pups. Plenty of space to walk them around.
Tv was great- couch pulls out to make another sleeper for a child. We used it to lounge in front of TV.
This tiny house is in an idyllic setting – a wide-open, mown field surrounded by a stand of tall trees. The house is quiet, immaculate and uncluttered. I stayed for a few days on business but thought it would be perfect to return someday to work on a novel! Shopping is about 12 minutes away by car. I highly recommend and will return!
