Our process for guest placement is as follows:

A background/application screening which costs $55 and has a minimum requirement of a 600 credit score, no evictions and no criminal record.

Once this is complete, a lease is prepared for signing and payment of the $250 refundable security deposit plus the property specific cleaning fee holds the property until your move in date.

Rent payment will be due on the day of move in. All payments will be made through Turbotenant.”
